Graduated dental school in 2010 then did a two-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. After completing my residency I made sure to continue my education in pursuit of the latest in dental sciences. Diagnostics: At Grace Dental we use cutting edge technology for diagnosing oral conditions.
Oral hygiene: After assessing the health of your gums and tooth-supporting bone, one of our hygienists will make sure she follows a strict plan to get your periodontium healthy.
Dental filling: At Grace Dental we use white fillings to restore small cavities or chips.
Crowns, inlays and onlays: When tooth structure loss is beyond repair with a composite filling, we restore the tooth with either a porcelain crown or porcelain restorations that cover part of the tooth.
Bridges: When indicated a bridge can be a great way of replacing missing teeth and alleviate the stress of chewing off of other teeth.
Dental implants: Dental implants are by far the best way to replace missing teeth to restore esthetics and function.
Dentures: Dentures can be complete or partial. Dentures can improve the look of your smile by replacing the teeth and adding support to facial musculature.
Invisalign: At Grace Dental we offer Invisalign and Clear Correct. Both are great options to achieve the same result; aligning your teeth.
Endodontics: Commonly named Root Canals. endodontics can be used to treat or prevent dental infections.
Oral surgery: When a tooth cannot be saved we have to resort to removing it. If there is a suspicious growth, we need to biopsy it.

Dental implants at grace dental
Dental implants stand out as the most effective method for replacing missing teeth, restoring both aesthetics and functionality. We at grace dental practice a fully digitally-guided approach. We simulate the surgery on a computer so we can achieve perfect implant placement, less discomfort, and less healing time.

Losing teeth can disrupt the proper alignment of your bite, leading to changes in your facial contours and causing self-consciousness about your smile.
If you opt for tooth replacement, your dentist might suggest artificial teeth anchored in or around the jawbone using a dental implant.
Dental implants serve as synthetic tooth roots, surgically inserted into the jawbone. Over a span of several months, the surrounding bone grows, ensuring a secure hold. Subsequently, replacement teeth are affixed to the implant with a metal connector, effectively filling the void.
The introduction of dental implants can greatly enhance the well-being and health of individuals requiring them. Nevertheless, complications may arise, either shortly after the placement of the dental implants or in the more distant future. Some complications can lead to the failure of the implant, typically characterized by looseness or loss. In cases of implant failure, corrective action may be necessary, often involving another surgical procedure to repair or replace the implant system.

Dental care
Maintaining excellent dental care enhances your overall quality of life. It enables you to articulate words clearly, savor, chew, and swallow delectable and nourishing foods, and express your emotions through facial expressions, including smiling.
By safeguarding your oral health through diligent dental care practices such as regular brushing and flossing, you significantly increase the likelihood of preserving your teeth for a lifetime.
Valuable Recommendations to maintain the health of your teeth and gums:
- use fluoride toothpaste.
- Regularly clean between your teeth, aiming for at least once a day. Utilize dental floss, a recommended brush, or a wooden or plastic pick. Alternatively, consider a floss holder, floss threader, or water flosser.
- Schedule routine check-ups and professional cleanings with us at grace dental.
- Consume water with fluoride. Ensuring the right fluoride concentration in your water safeguards your teeth throughout the day. Identify the fluoride content in your community’s water either through this link or by consulting your water utility company.
- Avoid smoking, as it heightens the risk of gum disease. If you’re a smoker seeking to quit, various resources are available to assist you, including the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products, the CDC’s Quit Smoking website, and BeTobaccoFree.gov.
- If pregnancy is on the horizon, schedule a dental checkup. Hormonal changes during pregnancy may lead to gingivitis, characterized by swollen and easily bleeding gums. Maintaining good oral hygiene becomes especially crucial during pregnancy to preserve gum health.
- Maintain a balanced diet, and limit the intake of sweets and sugary drinks, such as soda.
